Responsibilities:

As the Digital and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the client's digital brand awareness and marketing strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing a digital strategy to build identity and awareness among key stakeholder groups, including users, regulators, EU policy makers, and tech platforms.
  • Running digital marketing campaigns to encourage the adoption of the organisation's services, monitoring and evaluating outcomes, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Building brand awareness across digital channels, utilising various formats to engage target audiences.
  • Staying updated on key discussions in digital spaces and developing systems to identify heightened interest.
  • Managing the work of marketing and brand vendors associated with the client’s initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Experience in running digital marketing campaigns and analysing outcomes.
  • Familiarity with managing digital marketing across multiple countries and languages.
  • Proven experience in creating digital brand awareness and strategy.
  • Knowledge and understanding of international approaches to policy setting and recent developments in content moderation, trust, and safety.
  • Experience in managing external consultants and vendors.
  • Strong communication and budget management skills.
  • Experience in working with diverse multinational workplaces or multiple countries.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, with knowledge of other EU languages preferred (German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch).
