They empower individuals and communities engaged in social media while providing independent and transparent content moderation services. Their mission is to resolve disputes concerning content standards on social media platforms effectively and impartially.
Role Overview:
As Digital & Marketing Specialist, you will shape the organisation’s digital brand awareness and marketing strategies. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure our client’s mission of providing independent and transparent content moderation services is communicated effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to enhance brand awareness among key stakeholders, especially the users of social media platforms.
- Campaign Management: Lead user-focused digital marketing campaigns that promote the organisation’s services. Monitor and evaluate campaign outcomes, making adjustments as necessary to drive uptake.
- Brand Awareness: Build and maintain brand presence across digital channels and events, utilising innovative formats to engage target audiences.
- Vendor Management: Oversee the work of marketing vendors, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Skills and Competencies:
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in executing digital marketing campaigns and measuring their success.
- Familiarity with digital marketing across diverse countries and languages.
- Experience in creating or managing an organisation’s digital presence, such as a website or social media channels
- Experience in managing external consultants and vendors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong budget management capabilities.
- Experience working in diverse, multinational environments.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other EU languages is desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with designing and improving intake forms is a plus.
