If so, you’ll feel right at home on our Digital Graduate Development Programme.
Make a meaningful impact from day one
We’re excited to welcome graduates who want to play a part in shaping the future of digital services within a critical infrastructure organisation. You’ll be involved in the technology that supports our people, protects our data, and keeps essential services running every day.
This isn’t just a stepping stone. It’s a platform to build a long‑term, purpose‑led career in digital.
What to expect
Across the two‑year programme, you’ll take part in a range of placements within your chosen pathway. You’ll gain broad exposure to our digital teams, build confidence early, and take responsibility for meaningful work that contributes to real outcomes.
You’ll receive:

- Opportunities to contribute to projects early in the programme, including digital transformation and innovation initiatives
- Access to industry‑recognised development, training, certifications and professional memberships
- A strong graduate cohort community with peer learning and business‑wide networking opportunities
- Opportunities to get involved in cross‑functional projects and wider business events

Who we’re looking for

You’ll need:
