Role: Store Manager
Location: Farnham
Contract Type: Permanent, full time (part time available - 15 or 22 hours per week)
Salary: £26,858 FTE pa

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of volunteers and staff, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
- Drive sales and develop new business opportunities to boost store performance.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring every team member feels valued and engaged.
- Create and maintain an inviting store environment that attracts customers and supporters.
- Manage daily operations, including merchandising and maintaining retail processes.
- utilise your commercial awareness to interpret basic financial reports and make informed decisions.

Hours:
This position is advertised as full-time, but we also welcome part-time applicants (15 or 22 hours per week).
Please Note: This role requires an Enhanced DBS.
