Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of volunteers and staff, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Drive sales and develop new business opportunities to boost store performance.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring every team member feels valued and engaged.
  • Create and maintain an inviting store environment that attracts customers and supporters.
  • Manage daily operations, including merchandising and maintaining retail processes.
  • utilise your commercial awareness to interpret basic financial reports and make informed decisions.

 Hours:
This position is advertised as full-time, but we also welcome part-time applicants (15 or 22 hours per week).

Please Note: This role requires an Enhanced DBS.
