Work pattern: Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00 hybrid (1 day remote)
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000

About the role – Facility Management Planner Engineer
To provide support in the planning of the facility management service (maintenance, waste, cleaning, catering, and safety) .
Responsibilities
- Planning of the service, solving problems that may arise and proposing improvements in its execution in order to guarantee compliance with the requirements of the contract and the objectives set by his/her superior
- Control of compliance with preventive, corrective and conductive maintenance of all services in SAP, as well as ensuring its proper operation
- Support on add-on FM projects
What we need from you
- Education: Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Technical or Higher Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Knowledge: Technical knowledge of all types of facilities and the management of operational teams
- Languages: Advanced level of English
- Experience: Experience as a planning engineer
- Skills: Analysis and decision-making. A focus on results, organisation planning and teamwork.
- Other requirements: Driver's license
