Working pattern: Office based

Salary: £25,000 + annual team performance bonus of up to £3k

Start Date: ASAP

About the role – Service Coordinator

Our client is a leading organisation in the service industry, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support to their clients.

They are currently looking for a Service Coordinator to join their business and work alongside their team of field service technicians to make sure that all customer expectations are met successfully.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with service engineers to plan, prioritise, and organise day-to-day operations
  • Build strong relationships with technicians and work together to meet customers' needs
  • Liaise with customers to schedule visits and communicate any changes or updates
  • Coordinate the delivery of equipment and materials as required

 

What we need from you

  • Excellent customer service skills in a business-to-business environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using MS Office products
  • Problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm and confident demeanour with a positive attitude
  • Ability to go the extra mile for customers

 

What we like from you

  • Experience with CRM software, such as Servicemax or similar
  • Previous experience in a service coordination role
