About the role – Support Administrator

Our client is a leading organisation in the service industry, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support to their clients.

They are currently looking for a Support Administrator to support the project managers on the access control side of the business.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage project administration requirements, including creating documents, coordinating materials, and producing invoices.
  • Liaise with project managers, different departments, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, to plan, and within budget.
  • Take ownership of tasks, thinking on your feet to overcome challenges and influence others to achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain excellent attention to detail and organisation in all aspects of the role.

 

What we need from you

  • Proven experience in administration, organisation, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident and collaborative approach, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite; ability to learn new IT systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems, SAP, Lotus notes, or Microsoft dynamics is a plus.
