Responsibilities:
- Align stakeholders and facilitate decision-making to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
- Create, communicate, and maintain detailed project plans and status updates.
- Develop and manage cross-functional roadmaps and goals.
- Serve as a key connector with cross-functional partners and hold them accountable.
- Support team meetings and events through scheduling and maintaining records.
- Manage vendor and external stakeholder relationships.
- Analyse and report data to drive improvements and iterate on programmes.
- Track programme performance and analyse successful completion of objectives.
- Revamp and streamline existing processes through creative problem-solving.
- Ensure accessible knowledge management and information flows.
Requirements:
- Project management experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong diplomatic skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organisation.
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvements.
- Passion for content moderation, trust and safety, and technology policy.
- International experience working across cultures and time zones.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sense of accountability and ownership.
- Solid knowledge of project management tools and elements.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in the tech industry is desirable.
- Experience in scheduling and coordination is a plus.
