Are you an experienced Quality, Training and Reporting professional in the tech industry? Are you passionate about human rights, legal issues, and technology? Our client, an innovative tech organisation, is looking for a Quality, Training and Reporting Lead to join their team.

As a mission-driven organisation, our client’s ambition is to become a leading dispute resolution body in the EU, creating an environment that protects freedom of expression and human rights by empowering social media users to challenge the decisions of online platforms.

Using an in-house team of experts to resolve disputes, our client’s goal is to provide an independent, impartial and swift service for social media users. Each case will be carefully reviewed, ensuring expertise in specific regions, languages and policy areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and guidelines to ensure the delivery of high-quality cases in accordance with case review standards.
  • Create and monitor dashboards and reports to support the case review team in meeting efficiency targets.
  • Utilise quality management outputs to drive process improvement and support real-time improvement efforts.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into specific case review challenges or risks, including regular audits of content review outputs and external research.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to create a comprehensive learning and development strategy for case review and inform organisational strategy and workforce planning.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
  • Support the aggregation of data for management and transparency reporting.
  • Develop specialist resources and deliver training sessions and workshops to employees at all levels of the organisation, both in-person and virtually.
  • Manage learning records and documentation to ensure compliance with organisational standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience in content moderation procedures for trust and safety operations is an advantage.
  • Experience in developing and operationalizing content moderation training programmes.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other European language (in particular German, French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch).
